• 0-12 hours: Changes are free.
• 12-48 hours: Some changes may incur fees. Certain modifications may not be possible.
• After 48 hours: Limited changes allowed. Cancellations are not possible.

Remember: We print on-demand, so items that have entered printing can't be reused.

• Credit/Debit cards: You'll be charged when the order is placed.

All transactions are in USD. If you're using another currency, conversion rates may change the final amount.

Changing Your Shipping Address

You can change your address within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support@teezgift.com. Once your order has shipped, changes may be restricted.

Understanding Our Production & Shipping Schedule

We take great pride in delivering top-notch products to our customers.

• Production and Packaging Time: Typically, it takes between 1 to 3 working days for us to design, print, and package your order. This process begins immediately after order confirmation.
• Shipping Start Time: Following our detailed production process, shipping generally takes an additional 10 to 15 working days.

Note: Please be aware that the above timeframes exclude weekends, meaning Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

Returning an Item
